Berry Jones, is ACW's Managing Member, is a member of the American Institute of Architects, Urban Land Institute, National Association of Home Builders and the NCARB. He has been a licensed architect since 1980. He has designed and overseen the construction of over $80,000,000 worth of commercial and residential buildings including projects such as: Buckman Hall, the award winning signature building at Rhodes College. After receiving his Bachelor of Architecture at Louisiana State University, Berry apprenticed under the Chief Design Architect for the world-renowned Southern-French-Arcadian architect Hayes Town, AIA in Baton Rouge, LA.

This experience - coupled with the Early Gothic Revival experience the Rhodes College work offered - formed a sensitivity to traditional detail, premier quality construction and timeless design concepts that are embodied in the residential projects of Architectural CustomWorks.

Karen Jones, is ACW's Lead Financial Member, brings to Architectural CustomWorks 24 years experience in project accounting, construction contract controls, construction office administration and sub-contractor management. Karen's management expertise ensures that each customer, supplier and sub-contractor will receive the superior level of response, service and accounting accuracy necessary to deliver a successful project on time and within the established budget with a full and accurate accounting.

Shane Murphy, is ACW's Lead Field Superintendent and brings several years of service in industrial and residential construction work. Having grown up in a family of contractors, Shane has a natural propensity for construction services and dealing with the many complications that come with home building.

Shane also has a background in PC technology and technical support built while training and working in the personal computer and software services industry. The patience and diagnostic skills developed during this time has given Shane the unique ability to analyze a problem and help others to execute the solution in a productive way.
